מדיניות פרטיות

מי אנחנו
האתר שייך לאור חדד, צלמת זוגות, הריון ומשפחה (להלן "אני"). המדיניות מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם משתמשים באתר, למה, ומה הזכויות שלכם, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א־1981 ותקנותיו.
איזה מידע נאסף ולמה
- טופס יצירת הקשר. כשאתם ממלאים את הטופס (שם, טלפון, סוג הצילום, ובחירתכם גם מועד והודעה), הפרטים לא נשמרים באתר. הם מועברים כהודעה מוכנה לאפליקציית וואטסאפ שלכם, ונשלחים אליי רק אחרי שאתם לוחצים על שליחה. אני משתמשת בהם כדי לחזור אליכם ולתאם צילום.
- וואטסאפ. ההודעה עוברת דרך שירות וואטסאפ של חברת Meta, וחלה עליה גם מדיניות הפרטיות של וואטסאפ.
- העדפות במכשיר. האתר זוכר במכשיר שלכם בלבד את השפה שבחרתם ואת הגדרות הנגישות. המידע הזה לא נשלח אליי ולא לאף אחד אחר.
אין חובה חוקית למסור את הפרטים. בלי שם ומספר טלפון לא אוכל לחזור אליכם.
עוגיות, מדידה ופרסום
האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות, בכלי מדידה (כמו Google Analytics) או בפיקסלים של פרסום. הגופנים והקבצים נטענים מהאתר עצמו, בלי שירותים חיצוניים. [אם יתווסף כלי מדידה בעתיד, יש לעדכן את הסעיף ולהוסיף הודעת עוגיות]
אחסון האתר
כמו בכל אתר, ספק האחסון עשוי לרשום נתונים טכניים כמו כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול. [למילוי: שם ספק האחסון, למשל Netlify או Cloudflare]
שמירה ומחיקה של מידע
פרטים שנשלחו אליי בוואטסאפ נשמרים רק כל עוד הם נחוצים לתיאום ולמתן השירות. אפשר לבקש בכל עת לעיין במידע שלכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו.
שיתוף מידע
אני לא מוכרת ולא מעבירה את הפרטים שלכם לאף גורם אחר, אלא אם החוק מחייב זאת.

Who we are
This site belongs to Or Hadad, a couple, maternity and family photographer ("I"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, why, and what your rights are, in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and its regulations.
What is collected and why
- The contact form. When you fill in the form (name, phone, type of shoot, and, if you choose, a date and a message), the details are not stored on the site. They are passed as a ready-made message to your WhatsApp app, and reach me only after you press send. I use them to get back to you and schedule a shoot.
- WhatsApp. The message passes through WhatsApp, a service of Meta, and WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies to it.
- Preferences on your device. The site remembers, on your device only, the language you chose and your accessibility settings. This information is not sent to me or to anyone else.
You are not legally required to provide your details. Without a name and phone number I cannot get back to you.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site does not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. Fonts and files load from the site itself, with no outside services. [if an analytics tool is added later, update this section and add a cookie notice]
Hosting
As with any website, the hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation. [to fill in: the hosting provider's name, for example Netlify or Cloudflare]
Keeping and deleting information
Details sent to me on WhatsApp are kept only as long as they are needed to schedule and provide the service. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
Sharing information
I do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
